Michel Property Services is a South Columbus commercial property services and general contracting LLC. We exist for one reason: warehouse owners deserve a single accountable team instead of a phone tree of vendors.

The company

One vendor for the whole building.

We started Michel Property Services because we kept seeing the same thing on warehouse property: a grounds crew that didn't talk to the snow contractor, a roofer nobody could reach, and an owner stuck coordinating five vendors and five invoices for one building.

Our model is simple. Grounds, lot, lighting, snow, reactive repairs, and capital projects all run through one team, one certificate of insurance, and one invoice. When something breaks, you call us — not a directory.

We're local to South Columbus and we stay focused on industrial and flex property. That focus is the point: it's what lets us respond fast and price honestly.

Runs client relationships, scoping, and the day-to-day on the portfolio. The first call when an owner needs a proposal or a problem solved.

Runs field operations, crews, and capital work. The one who knows the dock door, the TPO roof, and what it actually takes to keep a warehouse running.

We put response times in writing.

Anyone can say "fast." We commit to specific windows in every agreement, so you know exactly what to expect before you ever need to call. These aren't goals — they're the standard we sign up to.

Snow season runs on 24/7 dispatch, November through March. The rest of the year, the same SLAs hold for every ticket that comes in.
